Vintage Vibes and Handmade Finds at Macomb’s Spring Market on the Square

By: Forgottonia Times™ Report

Downtown Macomb will spring alive on Saturday, May 10, as the town square transforms into a vibrant marketplace of vendors. From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., the 2025 Spring Market on the Square will offer a curated pop-up shopping experience spotlighting handmade and vintage-inspired goods.

Now in its fifth year, the event has become a seasonal staple for residents and visitors. More than ninety vendors are expected to line the ring of the Square surrounding the courthouse, offering everything from artisanal crafts and home decor to repurposed vintage finds and stylish boutique items. The market’s tagline—“A Handmade Vintage Inspired Market”—reflects its commitment to authenticity and craftsmanship.

In addition to shopping, visitors can enjoy a range of gourmet street food from regional food trucks to local favorites, including Macomb’s own Bold Brew House to keep you refreshed and hydrated as you shop in the warm spring weather.

The market is more than a vibey shopping experience, but is also a celebration of the entrepreneurial spirit that defines the region. In an era of big-box retailers and online giants, events like these are a reminder of the charm and value of shopping local.

Organizers encourage attendees to spend the day exploring downtown Macomb, engaging with small business owners, and soaking in the community atmosphere. Admission is free and open to all.
